AMR and AGV Connectors and Cables
Sealed, latching interconnect for autonomous mobile robots and automated guided vehicles — drive power, fleet networking, charge docking and sensor links built for continuous duty on a warehouse floor.
What a Warehouse Floor Does to Interconnect
Dust and Wash-Down
A mobile robot lives at floor level, where dust, debris and cleaning water collect. Sealed mated interfaces are the difference between a five-year deployment and a recurring service call.
Docked Every Shift
The charge interface is mated and unmated more often than anything else on the machine, and usually without a human aligning it. Gatherability matters more than precision.
Tolerance Stack-Up
Chassis, mounting plate and PCB tolerances all accumulate at the connector. Floating board-to-board absorbs that stack instead of transferring it into the contacts.
Part of a Fleet
One robot is a machine; fifty are a network. Industrial Ethernet back to fleet control has to stay clean while the vehicle moves through a building full of interference.
Duty Cycle Is the Design Constraint
Autonomous mobile robots and automated guided vehicles carry warehouse logistics, manufacturing flow and facility automation. They depend on high-efficiency batteries, intelligent motor drives and sensor arrays precise enough to navigate a floor that changes through the day.
Unlike a humanoid, an AMR is not fighting for millimetres inside a limb. Its problem is repetition and environment. It runs multi-shift, docks to charge on a cycle no operator supervises, absorbs vibration through a rigid chassis, and does all of it in a space being swept, washed and driven through.
Amphenol supplies rugged, compact interconnect across every subsystem of the mobile robot — controllers, charging, battery management, LiDAR and camera-based vision — with the sealing and latching that environment demands.

Minitek® Pwr 4.2
General-purpose drive and distribution power
A 4.20 mm pitch wire-to-board power system for the main DC runs inside the vehicle — pack to distribution, distribution to drive. Scoop-proof, fully polarised housings survive angled mating during assembly and service, and the patented right-angle receptacle suits cable routing in a shallow chassis.

Minitek® Pwr 3.0 BMI
Blind-mate interface for the charge dock
A 3 mm blind-mate power system carrying up to 12 A per circuit. The BMI geometry gathers over ±2.54 mm of misalignment, which is what makes it suitable for an interface the robot has to find by itself, on a dock, several times a day, with no one guiding it in.

FloatCombo™ 0.50mm with Power Pin
Floating hybrid board-to-board for stacked controllers
Floating board-to-board that absorbs accumulated chassis and board tolerance rather than passing it into the contacts, combining four independent power pins with high-speed signal. Amphenol names robotics directly among its target applications alongside automotive ADAS and BMS.

ix Industrial™ IP6X Push-Pull, NDH Series
Sealed Cat6A Ethernet for fleet networking
Cat6A industrial Ethernet on the IEC 61076-3-124 interface, sealed to IP65, IP66 and IP67 and UV resistant. A two-stage push-pull latch keeps the link mated through vibration, and the sealed plug still mates with standard IP20 ix Industrial receptacles, so one interface covers inside and outside the chassis.

Single Pair Ethernet (SPE) IP20
One pair for data and power to every sensor
IEC 63171-6 Ethernet to LiDAR, cameras and actuators over a single pair, with PoDL carrying power on the same conductors. Fewer, thinner runs inside the chassis, and no protocol conversion gateway between the sensor and the navigation stack.

BrightConnX™ MRD Series IP67 Circular
Sealed circular for external I/O and payload
IP67 sealed circular connectors and cable assemblies for anything that leaves the enclosure — payload power, external sensors, safety devices. A quick- release metal thumb latch gives positive locking that still unmates by hand, and finished assemblies ship in 1 m and 3 m standard lengths.
